Regulate the responsibility, right limits and relations of management, execution, validation staff related to quality. Increase company¡¯s profits through customers¡¯ satisfaction. Appoint management representatives, carry on company¡¯s communications inside and outside to promote the consciousness of customers¡¯ require and the effective improvements of quality management system. The process will fix on directions and tasks for other quality management system and promote the sustainable improvement of quality management system by judging the implemented results.
¢ò¡¢resources management process: The process regulated: General Manager¡¯s purpose is to achieve quality guideline, quality aim and improve quality management system achievement persistently, confirm and provide necessary resources to support other quality management systems¡¯ efficient, effective operations.
¢ó¡¢product achievement process: According to the principles of order and effects, the process confirmed the work procedure order of assembly processing, sales, purchasing, physical distribution and import and export documents processing. In order to ensure each process¡¯ effective operation and principles, methods control needs, such as work requires, the process set up relevant work guide books. As for definite service programs, customers required, our company made relevant plans according to requires of ISO9001£º2000 standard 7.1.
¢ô¡¢measure, analysis and improvement process: General Manager leads and organizes company¡¯s quality management system improvement; each function department carries on monitors to quality management system process according to relevant files and carries on measure, analysis and improvement to implemented results of quality management system. The process will provide improved information and final determinations¡¯ evidence for management responsibility process, which is beneficial to quality management system process improvement.
